Call for participants for 5-day training in NGS for TB, hosted by TB-CAPT, PanACEA and SeqTreat
The TB-CAPT, PanACEA and SeqTreat consortia are pleased to announce a second iteration of the popular online training series “Mycobacterium tuberculosis NGS made easy: data analysis step-by-step”, organized from January 9-13, 2023.
Detailed information about the training program can be found in the event flyer.

differentiate sequencing technologies and which ones are most applied in TB.
implement NGS into TB laboratories.
do whole-genome sequence analysis.
detect drug resistance-conferring mutations, build phylogenetic trees and infer direct transmission.
use different web tools dedicated to targeted analysis and what it takes to do bioinformatics.
