3rd iteration of Mycobacterium tuberculosis NGS made easy: data analysis step-by-step

A group of enthusiastic members from the TB-CAPT, PanACEA and Seq&Treat projects wants to bring the power of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics closer to high TB burden communities.

Therefore, our well established training series “NGS made easy” was run for the third time remotely for 35 trainees from 28 countries all over the world, including those with the highest TB burden. Participants were just extraordinary! Many thanks on behalf of the whole team to all the participants who helped make this event such a success.
